Lost Season 1

Anyone know if the soundtrack to LOST can be found? I'm a big fan of one song in particular: the one played during the very last episode of Season 1 during the slow motion montage of all the characters on the airplane. It's a slow, quiet, simple piano solo. Does anyone know?
