Does Ravi (or anyone) know how to get a computer to recognize the CD drive? I'm at my parents house and last week their computer spontaneously stopped seeing the CD drives. We don't know how it happened and we don't know how to get it back.

Ok, we did that. The cables are connected but there's a ! next to the "Sencondary IDE Channel"
