Only if you are indeed talking about light and other electromagnetic waves. Sound waves, for example, are very much affected by the difference in the air, such as density, humidity, etc...

Anyone know how to delete a C:\Restore file without turning off the System Restore? I have this thing (taquito.exe) on my computer from a flash drive. I've managed to remove it from my registry but it popped up in Restore.

Is there a manual way to remove it or a program I can get??
