Hello, one and all. I have a small (re: gargantuan) request that I'm hoping someone here can help me fulfill.
There has been a specific piece of music that I've been trying to identify for just over a decade or so, and every time I think I might have found an answer, or at least a lead toward finding the artist behind the music, it always turns out to be a dead end. The music in question was used in Toonami's "long promo" for their original series "IGPX: Immortal Grand Prix", as well as their promo for "Return of Kenshin" when they brought "Rurouni Kenshin" back to Toonami, just before the programming block was taken off the air a year or so later.
The specific track I'm looking for appears in the third half of this IGPX trailer, and it's the same track used for the Return of Kenshin trailer.

I've been looking everywhere I could to find out who created this track, and where I could possibly find a "complete version", but it seems that any information regarding even the name of this particular track has been lost to time. If there's anyone anywhere who has any way to find out how to identify it, it would be greatly appreciated.
