MTV Changing Background Music

While watching TRL today I found that MTV switched around the background music on the show. I think they replaced many of the older indie rock tracks from 2003 and 2004 with new music.

Now if we could just get MTV to switch back to showing music videos... :lol:

However, the background track can still be heard on MTV's Weekend Dime show.

they have two countdown shows (trl and the new one you mentioned) and they both suck!! the new rob thomas video/song: just awful....
