Things YOU have made

Behind the picture frame? No, it's Whipped Silk from St. Ives. It's really lovely stuff.

I've decided to start reading something...anything when I'm bored because I always end up drawing pics of people I don't really care for, like the previous Tarzan pic.

Ladies and Gent's. I give you J.K. Rowlands worst creation, Ronald Weasley:

No, offense to the Ron fans but, personally I think he's one annoying little git with anger issues.

Ughhh I just read some slash with Ron in it the other day, now I like him even less.

Who was he paired with? Don't tell me Draco Malfoy. Gag worthy much! :(

animation of my car that i made as my signature for the website i chat about audi's on...

My Car

sometimes it lags during the day due to a lot of traffic... but its supposed to be smooth

i sort of just picked it up by messing around... i find that almost helps me the most. Certainly there are some things you can't find by just playing with a program.

But to do it ....

I took 2 pictures of my car using a tripod...
1 with the lights on
1 with the lights off

I put them on 2 separate layers in Adobe Photoshop 7.0

Then I opened them in Adobe ImageReady 7.0 (bundled with PS)

took me a few minutes of playing around with it before I figured out how animations worked...

then I set

The lights on image at 100% opacity (and held for 2 seconds)
Lights on image at 75% opacity (.06 second delay)
Lights on image at 50% opacity (.06 second delay)
Lights on image at 25% opacity (.06 second delay)
Lights on image at 0% opacity (2 second delay... i.e. lights off)
Lights on image at 25% opacity (.06 second delay)
Lights on image at 50% opacity (.06 second delay)
Lights on image at 75% opacity (.06 second delay)

and it loops... so it restarts at lights completely on + hold for 2 seconds.

Mm hmm, mm hmm.. *taking notes*

Does anyone know a way to do it without using ImageReady? Using freeware maybe?

not sure on that one... before making that picture i had never even opened image ready before... i just thought it was a throw in with photoshop, but its a good program...

but now ive gotten into making all sorts of animated pictures of my car and other things...

here's another:

My Car and My friend's 350Z animated
