Well when you're that far along if the baby kicks or punches out, you can see it. Like it pushes that part of your stomach out and you see it extend out from the normal regular "round ball" area. ( :lol: this probably is not a good visual description.) Anyway, I don't know if you would be able to see the actuall toes on a foot or not but you definately see it pop out like that. I highly doubt the picture is real though.
