Ahh. I bet someone has already asked about this But I've GOTTA know. There's this car commerical that looks like it was digitally edited with a red bouncing car on city buildings.. the song in the back ground sounds like.. "Sha longa longa lye.." I'm sure I'm way off on the lyrics. lol Can somebody help me out?

the only lyrics that come to mind are from the song Changa Langa - Godwana
the pronunciation in the song is like "Chynga lynga" (long 'i' sound).
though the song is in spanish and is reggae-ish

can you describe what type of music it was or anything?
