News Reports

I love news stories like that. I love them because I think it's funny that the parents always blame the toy company (or whatever type of product it may have been. this certainly isn't the first time something like this has happened) rather than blame themselves for thinking it's a good idea to let their child play unsupervised with a toy that has magnets built into it. Sure it's partially the toy comapny's fault, but since when did it become acceptable to blame your own incopetance and gross neglegence on others? Wait, don't answer that. I know exactly when it became acceptable... when money got involved. If you can sue and become rich, I guess it's alright to kill your child. God bless America.

Did you see the Stella awards thread?
No, it's not real. You can't prove it. I'm not listening. LALALALALALALALALA

I know. I'd like to believe that people wouldn't be that greedy and cold but we all know it happens.

I wanna move to Washingtonnnnn!

To be fair, that McDonald's lady's lawsuit got a lot of flack. She wasn't suing because the coffee was hot, she was suing because the workers had a stack of deformed coffee lids that didn't fit on the cups properly and they used them anyway, despite the risk. Something like that. And she didn't even WANNA sue but, like, she didn't have insurance and the burns she suffered required medical attention and she was suing for medical expenses. That's what I heard anyway.

Maybe Derrick can help you. He likes to move alot it seems. Currently living about an hour and change from me.... :spidey:
