More Insutrumentals than iTunes?

I know there are a lot of CDs floating around out there that go out to big DJ's etc with multiple versions of songs - including instrumentals - for club remixes. iTunes only carrries a few official EPs. Does anyone where to buy more? Online or a good record store in LA?
