I just saw it for the first time today, and only started paying attention near the end... but from what I can remember it is definitely a VW ad, with a red car. I don't remember hearing any lyrics, there was only a person whistling, and a lounge/electro-ish beat kicked in about half way through.

I've been googling this for about 4 hours now and it's driving me crazy. Anyone???

The song is s'wonderful s'marvellous... although I can't seem to find the name of the artist that does this whistling version..
