I remember this song, and typically if I had even one line of lyrics, I'd be able to find it. But alas, all the lyrics are cut out. The music is in TBS Superstation's advert for Night at the Roxbury, I'm certain this music is from the mid 90s...

Any help would be appreciated.

Wasn't the Roxbury boys theme song "What Is Love" by Haddaway? Link goes to available audio sample, track 1. Maybe that's the song?
