Philips CD Recorder "Leon's Party Music"

The commercial shows a part going on... and a middle eastern gentleman walks over to the cd player and pops in a burned CD he made and I think it says Dance mix or something on it. It changes from boring music to this reallllly cool Middle Eastern Dance Techno music. I've been trying for years to see the commercial or hear it again and have never even come close to figuring it out. I swear it's been 10 years since I saw this commercial. Maybe not that long but it was def many years ago.

Does anyone remember this commercial at all or the music from it?

From that little Snipit I managed to use Soundhound on my iphone and find the artist Talvin Singh, I think the song name is Jaan.

This has been driving me nuts. Does anyone know where I can find this music? Or even who made it? The Hindu mix is killer...
