Nelly Furtado Say it right...A cover?

Nelly Furtado's new song, Say it Right sounds like another song possibly form the 80s. My firned said Timbaland wrote it and it is original, while the words may be I know I have heard this melody before. He may have chnaged the words and made it sound more modern but I know it is an older song that has a spanish influence in it. Does anyone know what this song is based on or even covering? It may be Madonna...(not Isla Bonita).

Nevermind, I found it. It sounds like the chorus from Jennifer Paige's Just A Little Crush. They sounds exactly the same to me. Some would disagree but it's a matter of opinion.
