Labatt Blue and Mustang Commercial

Alright, I've been trying to figure both of these out and I just can't quite get them. The Labatt Blue one has a guy singing in the back round "oh when your smiling, when your smiling, the whole world smiles with you" It usually ends when the bottle cap hits the beer at the end. It's a male voice.

The mustang commercial one seems to be really tough. It sounds like a great tune and it has a red mustang in the back and the song goes like,

"I've got what you want, I ve got what you need"

Then there is a laugh at the end. Anyone have any idea on any of these?

And for the Labatt Blue... The song is called "When You're Smiling." (Link goes to available audio sample.) It has been covered by many people. Most popular versions are probably Frank Sinatra (who think did it originally) and Louis Armstrong. Don't know the version from the ad, I haven't seen it.

The version on the commercial is much more modern, it's a rock tune.
