pension, "private funding", travel, etc... Dont really care what I do actually, but it is better then this hole. At least there is 4 levels up on that track, that I like, I am on the top tier here, not where else to go without a change. Oh and I get to re-write a few policies, that's cool they have some big holes. He said just do it, and he will sign off. Oh my boss will be a lady
