Not really the circus kind of music but it was used by the Boytsov Circus troup on a french Television show.
Features Electric and Accoustic guitar, percussions with flute playing the main theme. 3 words are spoken 2 times during the whole tune and sound like "Mister Change Presents".
Could be the instrumental version of a song though. It kind of has all the ingredients for that. And for some reason, it sounds VERY familiar... but... well...
