If it's done by Elias Arts it won't be on any album you can buy. They make songs just for use in ads and other media -- none of which are available to the buying public.

Ellebrille, the Galaxie 500 track 'Instrumental' was used in an Acura ad a couple of years back but it is not the one featured in this commercial.
