it's official, you now get a citation for grinding on anything that is owned by the city, which includes curbs and benches.
the news anchor explained that grinding "is when a skateboarder or rollerblader grind an object without using their wheels"

the cool thing about the whole grind thing is that the city is building a skatepark that will be free (for now) to anyone to use to make up for charging you $250.00 for grinding a curb.
