Anyone know the song used at the very end of this trailer:

I answered my own question, but this may be helpful for those looking for the music from the trailer. Both songs from the trailer can be found on the soundtrack which is Composed and Conducted by Barrington Pheloung. The song I was looking for is entitled "Main Title - Hope", the last track on the CD and the selected part from the trailer begins at 2:26 in the song. The CD, to the best of my knowledge is only available in the UK right now, but luckily Amazon.co.uk ships internationally. So, needless to say, 13 pounds and two weeks later, my beautiful CD has arrived.
