Cell Phone (I Think) Commercial

Hi, I have been looking everywhere for a song on a commercial I can no longer find and it's driving me insane. The commercial is about a chunky white phone (I think) and has a huge screen on a tallish building near the end. I can't remember any of the main lyrics but I remember the backup vocals part kinda. It's like "you've a good heart..." and something "soul" and kinda sung like Tom Delonge. I know this isn't nearly enough information but gotta try right? Thanks in advance
