it's from a scene from an episode of Drawn Together on comedy central, the episode where captain hero is being tortured by Foxy, and the lyrics are like:

What's the song in last night's episode where young Clara finds her king dad with strippers?

It's techno-ish and it's been used in the "Fox DVD" ads (where the movie trailer voice-over guy talks about all the special features and sound/video quality the new DVDs would have) that used to come on before the film before almost every DVD Fox made around 2000/2001. It's also in the trailer for Grind. It's got some guy kinda going "ee-oo-ee-ooh."
