Please help me ID this techno track

This is driving me insane, I listen to a radio show called mancow and he plays this techno track that could be a remix of some movie soundtrack, I cant figure it out for the life of me and I really want it. Does any one recognize this track that is playing in the back ground ? I thought it was some kind of James Bond remix, but not sure.

Almost sounds like nine inch nails, but its probably not. Similar feel to it though.
