Well, only if you're American.

In Canada, Thanksgiving is at the beginning of Oct.

I think American Thanksgiving is the "official" beginning of the Christmas season for many people.

(Although I agree stuff is coming out WAYYYY sooner - Costco had Christmas decorations in AUGUST) :blink:
