No idea what the song is

I remember hearing this song a few times during commercials, but I never actually saw what the commercial was about.

The song is sort of a techno song, with a high pitched femaile saying "Kick it!", and then a few seconds later, "Kick start it". That's how it sounds to me anyway

If anyone could help, it's appreciated.
