I was looking for a voice at https://casting-voa.com and found the one I liked. This voice. This record was as an example. I have no idea when this commercial was made. I just hope to find this track on background ))

Ah, thanks for the info/link. Unfortunately that website doesn't allow any sort of direct linking, otherwise we could point to the exact voice-over artist/clip you found. (Which they are calling "Demo # 12956" with a voice-over artist by the ID of "Thibault D3035".)

You are right! I've found this clip right there. It's, just like you said - Thibault D3035 with his demo 12956. The question is about source of the music on background. Is it possible to find dull version of the music? Maybe on some stocks?
