As far as deserving her day in court, she can absolutely sue the guy that assaulted her but I do not agree at all with the lawsuit against myspace. Yeah those kinda lawsuits are getting way out of hand. People always have to shift the blame, no one takes responsibility for their own actions anymore.
This lawsuit is way above and beyond what's fair but MySpace and NewsCorp do share some responsibility in monitoring their site. The person who should take the most responsibility for their actions is this sexual predator. As for her and her family, one word - therapy. Clearly something is not right in that family.
