Can someone please explain the significance of tying dead babies to telephone poles? The only reason I can think of is that people put them up there so they would be out of the water and someone could come by and find them..

Yeahhhh.. but that's a sticky situation too, if he has psychological problems he might be too sick to even know what he did was wrong, ya know?
