new Nissan Xterra Commercial

Hi everyone, I'm new here. There's this new commercial for the Nissan Xterra (I think) SUV, where a group of people drive up to a dark rock wall, get out and turn on the car's headlights, at which point an acoustic guitar instrumental begins, and the narrator says something about how many uses the car has.

Does anybody know what song this is?
