Music in Duracell Battery Commercial

I have seen a commercial a few times over the last two months for Duracell batteries. In the commercial, some kids are on a school bus. A girl's walkman/discman portable music player quits working because her batteries go dead. A boy then hands her his portable music player (the message being obviously that his is working because he uses Duracell batteries). All throughout this commercial, there is some music playing in the background that sounds like either 60s or 70s Motown. It is a male's voice singing. The one line of the song that I can make out is something like: "I'm feeling fine baby." Sorry I don't have more to go on. Any ideas?
