MTV/MTV2 Commercial Bump

This one has been plaguing me for a long while now. This bump used oftentimes to display upcoming tour dates for bands or simply to read MTV has been played on MTV, MTV2, and MTVU. It involves a series of shots of people tossing and turning in their pajamas in bed. Eventually the commercial builds to having these people outside in mid-ump poses, cutting to spastic frames of their flailing bodies which made for a very cool commercial in my book. Sorry I can't for the life of me find a video to help out with this search but I hope I've described it in enough detail.

I always wondered what the song played in this ad was, if anyone has any ideas at all I'd greatly appreciate them.

Okay! I've found a video! The ad is an in-house one by MT and its called "SleepDance" apparently the music is a Belle & Sebastian song, can anybody tell which from the video?
