Looking for an old 90's song

I can't remember the name of the artist who had a song by the name Stay, or Stay with me? It was a women's voice and it came out when I was in HS so somewhere around 92-95. I thought it was by Siouxsie and The Banshee's but it isn't. Somewhat a similar sound. I just remember it singing...Stay.....With.....Meeeeeeee......
