Well, lately i've been seeing a "Jack's Surf Shop" commercial on tv down here in Orange County, CA... and i cant figure out the name of the song in it
the song is a punk song, kinda fast.. sounds like older punk (Like Ramones)

the lyrics that i can understand are...

"You want it upside down, you want it all around"

While I'm from the Area and recall the ad you're talking about, I don't know the song.

Local ads like that are hard on this site, because not everyone knows them and they're not nationally public. So you just have to hope that somebody who lives nearby knows.
