Im wondering because i have a artist with a song on Billboard and looking for a chance to collaborate on a project. and this artist recently had some work back in 2008 On a Movie Soundtrack & its now 2011 .....im a Manager, and the last time we just so happen to luck up on a oppurtunity with a production company that was looking for an artist and just by chance they gave us a shot

I just wanted to be properly educated on the In's and Out's on how this works, and want to lock down a TV Commercial, campaign or another Soundtrack deal.
