I'm not sure how many of you know what mentalism is, but I'm putting together a mentalism show. Mentalism is where you read minds, bend metal with your mind, make people see and feel things that aren't there, etc. The same things psychics do.
It's a stage show and picture this situation in your mind...waiting for the show to start you sit in your seat with the lights off, the only light coming from a long line of candles on either side of the seating area. In surround sound, there is music playing in the background. The music playing needs to be dark and mysterious, but also needs to sound cool and needs to go somewhere (not just wierd music or sounds that make better soundtracks than anything else) but also provide an air of anticipation for the audience. Enigma has some good stuff, Radiohead's "everything in it's right place" is a good example, sneaker pimps "6 underground", and Chorus of Tribes' "hihahey" are great examples!
Can anyone suggest some other artists I might want to look into?
