How is the Weather in your Area?

This group of drugged out friends conspire to kill the bully in their little cirlce. It's fairly sick, have you seen other Larry Clark films? Like Boys?I think that's what it's called. :unsure:

It's not exactly cheap here :) ... My grandparents live in Texas. No joke you can have a mansion for the cost of a modest (read as very nice) home here in South Florida. The Real Estate market is finally cooling off, but things were crazy for a little while there. Actually I shouldn't say finally since both of my parents are involved in Real Estate and I would like to get involved with Development possible :)

Dude my dad and step-mom paid $200k for a gorgeous 4 br/3 bath on a nature preserve. I'm stayin here. Or Oregon.

Are you saying that 4/3 for 200k is in South Florida or Oregon... I can't tell ?
 
Only 200k? Nice. Our house is a 5 bedroom 1 and a half bath and 3 of those bedroom aren't finished along with the basement and our house is going for 400k. Well we do have lake access too, but still.

9am = Downpour/thunderstorm
Noon = Sunny 'n happy and shit
3pm = Downpour/thunder/lightningstorm
5pm = Same as 3pm
