Can someone help me? I've been seeing this commercial on UPN a couple times now, and the tune is simple, but I really want to know who does it! Its the commercial with a silver civic driving through the city, and dollar bills are falling in the streets and it's all over the sidewalk.

What is this tune? It sounds almost enyaish?!
