HBO (going way back)

Hi! Okay, this is going back a few seasons.
There was a commercial for "Sunday nights on HBO" where they showed a montage of short clips from different shows (like Sopranos, Sex and the City....) and it was made to look like the characters were lip syncing the lyrics. What were the lyrics? Something like "I'm comin' home, baby now"....or something like that. Kind of a jazzy/soul feel.
Please, pleeeease, does anyone know that song???
