HBO Clip?

There was a song on HBO during a movie
clip and it bothered me that I didn't know who sang it. I think it's
like 3 or 4 years old. It is a techno sounding song and the only words I think I heard were Get down.

This isn't a techno song, but the first one that came to mind was "Take It To 'da House" by Trick Daddy

Could it be "Get Down" by The Butthole Surfers? It has a techno kind of sound and a great beat.
