OK, I've only heard this song twice. Once when I was at The Guvernment in Toronto, Canada and again on the radio during a live-to-air broadcast from The Mod Club in Toronto. It's a real hard, pounding, house sounding track, and really the only lyrics in it are "Need you to believe" or "I need you to believe". I REALLY need to find out the artist/track.
