I know someone's gonna ask it eventually, so for all inquiring minds, the commercial where the women are be-bopping up the street, swinging their arms in glee over their new Gap stretch pants, is set to Earth Wind & Fire's song "September".

Yeah actually.. I went there to look for the one "worked-in jeans" commercial someone was asking about (still haven't seen it but someone said it was "Tempted" - rad song) and this one and the Madonna/Missy Elliott ad were both on the website.. let's see if I can find em again..
Yeah, here we go: here's the "September" one, and here's the "Get Into The Groove" one.
