* Dance track, with clip*

A friend of mine burned a random compilation cd for me and I'm trying to label all the songs. I asked him but he doesn't know.

This is a dance track with no lyrics. It sounds familiar to me like its been a commercial or something, but I can't remember at all. It also sounds really Mr. Oizo-ish, but I don't know if it's him or not, or if it just sounds similar.

Please help?
