Credit card (Capitol One?) ad "For a moment"

I am desperate to find out who sings the song that kinda goes "He is just fifteen for a moment..."
The commercial shows a young man meeting his wife, marrying her, having children...how life flies by. The credit cart shows how you can have different perks for each phase of your life. I want the song for something I am working on for my parent's anniversary.

I don't know which I hate more, that song, or the almost record-setting degree to which it has been overplayed.

Nothing against my fellow forum dwellers for liking it, though.
