Boy Club Type PSA music from 3-4 years ago

Hi. Please help. I remember seeing a public service announcement type commerical for either a national runaway help center or a boy's club of america type organization. It was holiday time maybe 3-4 or longer years ago. The commerical was black and white with a boy ? waiting/sleeping on a doorstep. The song was a woman's voice and she was singing "don't give up" "don't give up." Then the flashed to the name of the organization. She had a beautiful voice and the song was so sad becacuse of the visuals. anyway, any help on whether this was a commerical song or if this was just for the commerical. Anyone else remember this commerical/song?

Could it be "Don't Give Up" by Peter Gabriel and Kate Bush? She sings the chorus, and has a beautiful voice. It's from the early 80's, I believe.
