Does anybody knwo the song in the American Eagle christmas commercial from a couple years ago

It was with a bunch of young people dancing around in AE clothes at a house party, then a girl and a guy meet and kiss in the kitchen

I think the commercial title was actually from 2001, and could be called "get together"
