Trojan commercial--HIV--Let your partner know

Maybe this has been answered before. Maybe this song was created specifically for this commercial. But does anyone know the name of this song, assuming it wasn't created for the commercial, that is played during the Trojan HIV commercial about letting your partner know if you have HIV. You know, the girl and guy are sharing headphones as the words flash across the screen "1 in 4 people who have HIV don't let their partners know. Not because they don't care, but because they don't know" or something like that. I really am rather partial to that song, and it would be lovely if someone could help me out

P.S. My apologies if it has in fact been answered before.

Oh yeah, and the lyrics are something along the lines of "this is our love... this is our life..." and yeah. Kind of an important addition that could help some people out when trying to decipher my ever cryptic post!
