Just curious...

The song you mentioned was #1 in Europe? There were no better songs than this in Europe last summer?

you know what's worse? there's a reggaeton song that's uses the same little annoying squeaky trumpet-y effect and it's über annoying.

thanks for the heads up, just checked it out...

although i am not sure this is the same song? maybe i am misremembering the commercial, but i thought it sounded different.

Does anyone know the song that is playing in the new target dorm commercial? It's in another language so I have no clue.

okay someone needs to know this song...
it has a reggae beat its been playing everywhere but i can never catch the name of it
the best way i can describe it is the main chorus always has horns playing in it

thanx in advance for any answers

I forget what this commercial is for. It's two girls in a dorm room kind of having a dance-off. The song is very upbeat, female singer. I can't make out any words. Sorry if this has been asked.

I FOUND THE REAL SONG FOR THE NEW 2008 DORM ROOM TARGET COMMERCIAL

It's Called Calabria 2007 By Enur FT. Natasja

Here is the link to the music video on YouTube and the lyrics:

Easy now no need fi go down,
easy now no need fi go down,
rock that run that, this where we from
(repeat 2x)

Whoop Whoop
When you run come around,
Cu(z) I kno ur the talk of the town yea
(repeat 4x)

Easy now no need fi go down
Just walk it gently and no break nah bone,
Cool end-it-ly, you have a style of your own,
Me never kno you saw ya master the saxophone

cause u sound like the talk of the town yea,
imma look u when u run come around yea,
make me wobble, make me whole body bubble,
an me no say ya trouble, when ya ready for the double,
and n u hit that,
no ti-na the mickle
play with it a lickle, why you so na tickle
im tellin' you to, hit that
no ti-na the mickle
stay with it a lickle, why you so na tickle
im feelin' them
(whoop whoop)

easy now no need fi go down,
easy now no need fi go down,
walk it gently and no break nah bone

Whoop Whoop
When you run come around,
Cu(z) I kno ur the talk of the town yea
(repeat 4x)

Best shown overall, shiny and tall,
One touch make a gal climb whoever you are,
Brass hat, hatter than fireball
Whoop Whoop!
You not small you not lickle at all
Dat touch, just dip on me mind yea
The good feelin dip on rewind yea
make me wobble, make me whole body bubble,
an me no say ya trouble, when ya ready for the double,
and n u hit that,
no ti-na the mickle
play with it a lickle, why you so na tickle
im tellin' you to, hit that
no ti-na the mickle
stay with it a lickle, why you so na tickle
im feelin' them

Walk it gently and no break nah bone

easy now no need fi go down,
easy now no need fi go down,
rock that run that, this where we from
(repeat 2x)

Whoop Whoop
When you run come around,
Cu(z) I kno ur the talk of the town yea
(repeat 8x)

Whooop Whooop!!!

Hi. I've been seeing a Target ad in the past few weeks where two college girls are decorating there room and are dancing. I love the music from the ad. Can anyone tell me the name of the music?
Thanks,

Target Commercial a few months ago

Hey,

Does anyone here remember a target commercial from several few months ago (I think) that had an African American girl dancing around in it. I think it was an advertisement for dorm room stuff for college so maybe it was near the beginning of the fall school semester, perhaps August or September 2008. it could be 2009. I'm not sure. Anyway, I think it was something like Talk Up Da Town by KC Jocky. I don't remember where I got that from. I've tried looking that up and have gotten nowhere. The tune is quite catchy with kind of an urban beat and they still play it in the club where I go dancing but I forgot to ask the DJ when it was playing and now I don't know how to tell him what song I'm talking about. I've searched the archives on here but have found no mention of it. I hope somebody can help me or else I'll have to wait for the DJ to play that song again at the club.
