Target commercial: "This is a brand new day..."

Does anyone know who does the music in this one Target commercial? It's very peppy with female vocals, and the lyrics go something like:

This is a brand new day
And it's getting better every single day

I think there are some more lines, then it ends with, "La la la la la la..."
