I like to run on the treadmill when I'm really pissed. By the time I get done I'm not usually pissed anymore and I just feel better all around.
exactly!!

Did you have that "sexiest adtuner vote" before I joined the site?

All the chemicals in processed food make me depressed and exercise is my cure for that.
Same, I buy all the organic hippie foods when I can. And I love walking.

Yea I try and eat organic foods too. I think they are better for you and you might get the synergistic placebo effect going on too.

I don't have a choice because of having celiac so I have to buy mostly fresh and organic stuff. Everyone at work teases me saying that I eat really healthy. It's not that, it's just I HAVE to eat mostly non-processed stuff.

No, not snowy, not at all. Very cold and very windy and very rainy though

Still, this friggin town is way to unfriendly to go out for a run <_<

I love mispronoucing that word.

I know it sounds prissy or whatever but you should try pilates. There is a set that I got from Windsor pilates that doesn't require any extra equipment or anything and it works really well and it's not too extrenuating. (sp?) But tons of guys do pilates.

What, it's just a backup for my sister so it's legal.

There ya go! Just don't let your dad catch ya doin it.

I've thought about trying pilates before just to mix up my routine and keep challenging my body in different ways.

I'm not sure but one of the ones I have is only a 20 minute work out and it's great.
