Fall Shows Commercial

Well, there's this song that goes along to the commercial which introduces all the new fall shows. These shows include Grey's Anatomy, Six Degrees, and others. For the life of me, I cannot find it. In the lyrics it includes the words "come on over" which also seems to be part of the chorus. I think it mentions something about brothers and sisters, and it's a male voice that's singing it..bleh. Anyhow, the commercial is either on channel 9 or 11. Thanks if anyone knows what it's called and who the artist is.
